If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, or that your password has been compromised, you must contact ma77 support immediately via live chat inside the platform. You should also change your password without delay.
You must keep your registered contact details — email address and phone number — up to date. ma77 uses these to send important account notifications, payment confirmations and security alerts. An outdated contact detail that causes you to miss a critical communication is your responsibility.
You must not allow any other person to use your ma77 account, place bets on your behalf, or access your wallet. Sharing account access is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
All deposits and account balances on ma77 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

All funds deposited into your ma77 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended.

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages. The contribution rates for each game category are stated in the individual promotion terms.
ma77 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinated play between accounts. Where abuse is detected, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be removed from the account and the account suspended.
All promotions have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on ma77 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are subject to the specific rules of that sport or market as published in the platform's help and rules section, in addition to these general Terms.
For cricket markets specifically — including PSL fixtures, bilateral T20 series, Test matches and ODIs — the rules covering rain interruptions, match abandonment, player substitutions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method adjustments are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
